geoAMPS donation supports VFW Ohio Charities

   geoAMPS is pleased to announce its donation to the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ohio Charities. A technology company located in Powell, geoAMPS presented $4,100 to the organization that assists veterans, active duty and their families, as well as reaching out and assisting communities throughout Ohio.

Chapter Vice President Tony Pollack said the approximate 40 members at the meeting liked the discussion on technological advancements in the right of way industry.

geoAMPS: Business at Work in Delaware County, Ohio

geoAMPS is featured on a new economic development website launched by Delaware County, OH, the home county of geoAMPS.   An article on geoAMPS starts on the new website’s homepage under the heading “Business at Work in Delaware County.” The article points out that geoAMPS is the market leader in providing software solutions to manage land rights and infrastructure assets. geoAMPS has experienced dramatic, rapid growth in pushing the industry forward by bringing state-of-the-art technology, increased communication and quicker project completions to its customers.    

geoAMPS launches Canadian version of its website

The version for a Canada audience includes all of the information available on geoAMPS’ primary site, plus additional information specific to what geoAMPS offers to Canadian businesses.   The address of the Canadian website is  www.geoamps.ca.

geoAMPS expands community outreach efforts during 2014

  By CAROLINE ELDRIDGE 2014 was an eventful year for geoAMPS. Aside from nine new clients, attending numerous major conventions across the country, expanding our home office, hiring 15 new employees, and being recognized as one of the healthiest workplaces in Central Ohio, geoAMPS expanded its community outreach. Through its efforts and contributions to charitable causes, geoAMPS made assisting the less fortunate in the Central Ohio community a company priority.   geoAMPS donated to eight different charities, raising more than $9,400 and donating over 3,000 items, such as toys, food and toiletries. The selected charities include American Red Cross, Asha Ray of Hope, the ALS Foundation, Mid-Ohio Foodbank, American Cancer Society, local veterans’ programs in Powell, the Salvation Army, and the Humane Society of Delaware County.

Wisconsin IRWA chapter enjoys presentation by geoAMPS

Members of the geoAMPS team are back from Madison, Wisc., after giving a presentation to members of the International Right of Way Association Chapter 17, which represents the state of Wisconsin.   Chapter members enjoyed the presentation given by Guy Allen, Business Development Director at geoAMPS, and Nathan Mirolo, Product Lead. The presentation focused on technological advancements in the right-of-way industry.
