The geoAMPS team is kicking off another year of presenting to International Right of Way Association (IRWA) chapter meetings with a visit to IRWA Chapter 6, serving the state of Colorado.

IRWA Chapter 6 invited geoAMPS to present at its Jan. 13 meeting in Denver.

“All of us at geoAMPS greatly appreciates the invitation from Chapter 6,” Yogesh Khandelwal, President and Chief Executive Officer of geoAMPS, said. “We have presented at several chapter meetings in the United States and Canada and are pleased that each of our presentations is well received. It is a pleasure to meet with the members and discuss new technology available in the right of way industry."

Guy Allen, Business Development Director at geoAMPS, and Nathan Mirolo, Product Lead, will discuss at the meeting in Denver on technological advancements in the right of way industry. They are looking forward to presenting on the current landscape of technological capabilities for right of way projects, as well as giving the chapter members a glimpse into what’s ahead in the near future.

Web-based technology, mobile technology and GIS capability offer the right of way industry greater efficiency, easier controls and simple and secure access to information,” Guy said.

The Colorado IRWA presentation comes on the heels of presentations to IRWA chapters in Wisconsin, Oklahoma and Maryland.

“We would like to visit more IRWA chapters and present at their meetings,” Yogesh said. “We greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss how technology is making it possible to complete even the most complex right of way projects quicker and more efficiently.”

geoAMPS is a technology company in the Columbus, OH, area that specializes in software solutions to manage land rights and infrastructure assets. The rapidly growing company is revolutionizing industries with software products, including land rights management software, which standardize processes and create an average 35 percent cost savings in project and organizational efficiencies.

The presentation for IRWA Chapter 6 will include how Web-based software and a centralized database of organizational and project information offer benefits to completing right of way projects and managing assets. Those benefits include a single access point for all project information; the ability to immediately update the project file; the use of geographic information system (GIS) mapping; automatic audit controls and report generation; and the ability for right of way agents to use mobile devices to review and update project information when in the field.

“In our IRWA presentations, we use live Web-based aids to discuss and demonstrate the advantages of today’s technology, and where the industry is headed,” Nathan said.

geoAMPS offers a suite of software products. One of its products is rowAMPS, a software product that allows companies to manage right of way projects in a real-time paperless environment that enables collaboration, efficiency and error reduction.

IRWA has approximately 10,000 members in chapters located in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Nigeria and South Africa.
