geoAMPS is scheduled to attend Showcase Ontario 2015, the Ontario Petroleum Institute’s 53rd Annual Conference. The conference, titled “Showcase Ontario – Prospects, People, Prosperity,” is set for April 8-10 at Caesars Windsor in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.

The conference will feature exhibitors that service the oil and gas industry. There also will be presentations on relevant topics, such as exploration and production companies, prospects, service companies, government on energy, regulations in the industry and doing business in Ontario.

“geoAMPS looks forward to attending the Ontario Petroleum Institute’s Annual Conference,” Yogesh Khandelwal, President and Chief Executive Officer of geoAMPS, said. “We are pleased to have the opportunity to share information on our products’ capabilities with the organization’s members and industry leaders who will be in attendance.”

geoAMPS offers products and services that help oil and natural gas companies achieve greater project efficiencies. In fact, geoAMPS clients report an average savings of 35 percent on project costs due to the efficiencies made possible by using geoAMPS software.

geoAMPS is the market leader in providing software solutions to manage land rights and infrastructure assets. Not surprisingly, geoAMPS has rapidly increased its client base in the United States and even extended it into Canada. Among its customers are some of the leaders in the oil and gas industry. Those companies are drawn to geoAMPS by its quality software products and commitment to innovation, best-in-class training and customer support.

geoAMPS offers 11 software products, each of which is highly configurable to meet the client’s specific needs.

Among those products is landAMPS, software that is tailored to the oil and gas industry.

A significant cost early in establishing an oil or natural gas drilling site is acquiring leases for land and mineral rights. landAMPS helps meet the needs of fast-paced lease acquisitions and manage costly drill schedules where accuracy and speed are paramount. With landAMPS, oil and gas companies can streamline workflows and inspections and eliminate costly errors in exploration, drilling, mining and production operations.

At Showcase Ontario 2015, conference attendees will have the opportunity to learn how landAMPS capabilities translate into substantial project cost savings. Those savings are especially critical during this time of low oil prices.

geoAMPS is rapidly becoming the software of choice for the midstream industry. With geoAMPS’ capabilities to manage right-of-way projects, automate workflows and inspection schedules, and provide mobile technology that makes crews in the field more productive, it is easy to see why a growing number of midstream companies are turning to geoAMPS to conduct pipeline projects that oftentimes extend many hundreds of miles.

geoAMPS also offers a geographic information system (GIS) viewer that provides an intuitive geospatial view of the project area. Such information is critical for planning drilling its and the route of pipelines. Our GIS viewer, known as gisAMPS, improves project and overall organizational efficiency by making time-consuming processes, such as project area selection, route planning and selection, reroutes, cost analysis, environmental assessments, 3-D visualization and project management simpler and quicker.
