geoAMPS donation intended to advance literacy programs

The geoAMPS team is pleased to donate $2,444 to the Columbus Literacy Council to help the organization provide important services in Central Ohio.

The donation will go towards the Columbus Literacy Council’s "Families Involved Together” (FIT) program. The program is designed for adults who are consistently improving their literacy skills to enroll their child in the program with them.

“All of us at geoAMPS congratulate the amazing work that the Columbus Literacy Council is doing in the community. We wanted to support their efforts through our donation,” Yogesh Khandelwal, President and Chief Executive Officer of geoAMPS, said. “The FIT program is a great way to bring the family together through the common goal of increasing literacy.”

The company and its employees have supported a number of organizations, including the American Red Cross, Humane Society of Delaware County, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, International Justice Mission, ALS Foundation, American Cancer Society, Mid-Ohio Foodbank, Veterans of Foreign Wars Ohio Charities, Asha Ray of Hope, and the Salvation Army.

geoAMPS sponsoring event for American Red Cross

geoAMPS is pleased to again sponsor the Delaware County, Ohio, Power of the Purse event to raise money for the American Red Cross. This marks the third year that geoAMPS has sponsored this event to benefit the life-saving work of the Red Cross. This event is scheduled Friday, April 22, from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. at the Bridgewater Banquet and Conference Center in Powell. The doors open at 5:30 p.m. There will be a pre-reception before the Power of the Purse event in the conference center’s main ballroom.
