geoAMPS has launched the Canadian version of its website, www.geoamps.com. The version for a Canada audience includes all of the information available on geoAMPS’ primary site, plus additional information specific to what geoAMPS offers to Canadian businesses.

The address of the Canadian website is www.geoamps.ca.

geoAMPS launched a new primary website in 2014. www.geoamps.com provides a wealth of information about how geoAMPS products and services meet industry needs. It also is responsive to mobile devices, including iPhone and Android.

The new site offers several new features, including videos. Website visitors can watch videos about the company, its services and culture. They can also watch videos targeted to specific products.

geoAMPS, a technology company that specializes in software solutions to manage land rights and infrastructure assets, offers 11 industry-specific software products. Each of those products can be configured to meet the needs of individual clients.

The primary website discusses needs within each of the industries geoAMPS serves. Then, the visitor can explore geoAMPS solutions that help each of those industries streamline processes and increase efficiencies. By using geoAMPS products, organizations realize an average 35 percent increase in efficiencies, which translates into an improved bottom line.

geoAMPS expanded those product descriptions for its Canadian site. Going the extra mile toward configuration made the geoAMPS solution more attractive to Canadian companies, especially for service companies acquiring land rights for large projects. geoAMPS software is a highly intuitive tool for tracking and management of Crown lands.

Unlike other software providers, geoAMPS tracks Crown land at the tract level. That includes occupant/landowner contacts, stakeholder management, consents, payments and the addition or removal of tracts from the project.

geoAMPS software is unmatched in Crown land disposition tracking. The software helps project planners navigate the strict national and provincial regulations regarding Crown land dispositions.

geoAMPS software alerts planners to requirements for each project type, such as pipelines, utility lines or transportation. It helps companies meet those requirements, including necessary landowner contacts, project mailers and the payment of fees. geoAMPS’ GIS capability assists in project planning and compiling the required legal description of each tract.

Because geoAMPS software is Web-based, landmen can access and update project information on mobile devices. This capability enhances project efficiency. In fact, geoAMPS software enables average savings of 35 percent on project costs through efficiencies.

Advantages of geoAMPS software has been the topic of articles in Business in Calgary and New Technology Magazine, both respected Canadian business publications.
