Members of the geoAMPS team are preparing to travel to Fort Worth, TX. geoAMPS was invited by International Right of Way (IRWA) Chapter 36 to give a presentation on technological advancements in the right of way industry during an upcoming chapter meeting.

IRWA Chapter 36 is based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and represents North Texas.

Brock Hicks, Business Development Manager at geoAMPS, and Nathan Mirolo, Product Lead, will discuss the current landscape of technology capabilities for right of way projects.

“With Web-based technology, mobile technology and GIS, the industry is poised for greater efficiency, easier controls and simple and secure access to information,” Brock said.

“We plan to use live Web-based aids to discuss and demonstrate the advantages of today’s technology, and where the industry is headed in the near future,” Nathan added.

Brock and Nate recently returned from Salt Lake City, where they gave a presentation at the invitation of IRWA Chapter 38, which represents the state of Utah.

That was the latest in a series of presentations geoAMPS has given in recent months for IRWA chapters in the United States and Canada. Members of each of those chapters have remarked how much they enjoyed the presentation and felt beneficial information was provided.

“We are pleased that each of our presentations has been well received and look forward to meeting with the North Texas chapter and scheduling other presentations in the future,” Yogesh Khandelwal, President and Chief Executive Officer of geoAMPS, said. “We greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss how technology is making it possible to complete even the most complex right of way projects quicker and more efficiently.”
