geoAMPS' COO Leena Madan receives prestigious award

Leena Madan, Chief Operating Officer of geoAMPS, was one of ten Ohio women presented with the Glass Ceiling Award on May 20, at the 5th Annual Ohio Women’s Conference.

The Ohio Women’s Conference, organized by the National Diversity Council, recognizes women in leadership roles who help empower and advance other women in the workforce.This year’s conference, held at the University of Cincinnati, explored the theme “Creating Pathways for Women in Leadership.” The statewide event focused on professional development, networking, entrepreneurship and women’s health.

 

“Being chosen to receive this award is a tremendous honor, and I sincerely thank the National Diversity Council,” Leena said.

Glass Ceiling Award recipients are recognized from a wide range of industries throughout the state of Ohio. This year’s winners also included: Judy Fimiani of Luxottica; Denise Gilreath of Sam’s Club; Stephanie Huff of Tire Discounters; Tessa Lawrence from Aerotek Inc.; Lee Ann Liska of the University of Cincinnati Medical Center; Bleuzette Marshall of the University of Cincinnati; Ann Munson Steines of Macy’s Inc.; Jarja Phillips from Walmart; and Mary Tuuk of Fifth Third Bancorp.

Indiana IRWA Chapter 10 invites geoAMPS to present

Chapter 10 represents IRWA members throughout the state of Indiana. The chapter invited geoAMPS to give a presentation during its meeting June 2 at Indiana Grand Racing and Casino in Shelbyville.
