geoAMPS plans to attend AASHTO National Rail Meeting

geoAMPS plans to attend the National Meeting of the American Association of State Highway Officials’ (AASHTO) Standing Committee on Rail Transportation (SCORT) Sept. 22-25 in Columbus, OH. geoAMPS is located in Powell, a suburb on Columbus’ northwest side.

The National Meeting is being hosted by the Ohio Rail Development Commission.

Scheduled to attend from geoAMPS is Guy Allen, Business Development Executive.
Yogesh Khandelwal, President and Chief Executive Officer, said geoAMPS is looking forward to attending the SCORT National Meeting, which is the nation’s premier rail conference, bringing together state, federal and local passenger and rail transportation leaders and railroad industry experts to discuss issues critical to the rail transportation industry.
The SCORT National Meeting will focus on such issues as PRIIA reauthorization, MAP-21 implementation, state passenger rail program service and delivery, Class 1 and Short Line Railroad industry issues, and economic development.
