geoAMPS featured on 10-TV News in Columbus

WBNS-TV, the CBS network affiliate in Columbus, the capital and largest city in Ohio, recently reported on the growth of geoAMPS. 10-TV News Reporter Jennifer Jarrell visited geoAMPS, covering the story of the company’s plan to relocate soon to a much larger office to accommodate its dramatic growth.
geoAMPS_copy“Big business in Powell. One company’s growth spurt has it on the move,” the 10-TV News show anchor says as an introduction to Jarrell’s report.
Jarrell, the Delaware County Bureau Reporter for 10-TV News, says geoAMPS executives realized that the company, in only its third year of operation, had to move to a larger office, but that they did not want to leave the Powell community.
geoAMPS will move in the coming weeks into the latest edition of Wedgewood Office Park, located along Attucks Drive off of Sawmill Parkway in Powell. The new office building is under construction. A date for the move is not yet scheduled.
geoAMPS’ current office is also in Wedgewood, although much smaller than its future home. The new office will more than double the available office space, providing room to accommodate anticipated future growth.
“The move to this larger office is a necessary outcome of the success geoAMPS has experienced so quickly,” Yogesh Khandelwal, President and Chief Executive Officer of geoAMPS, said.
The new building is shown in the 10-TV News story.
Leena Madan, Chief Operating Officer of geoAMPS, did an on-camera interview for the news story. She discusses the open floor plan for the new office, which will be conducive of the collaborative work environment at geoAMPS.
Members of the geoAMPS Product Development Team are shown at work in the video.
