Each year the geoAMPS team takes part in the Central Ohio Salvation Army’s Adopt-A-Family program, bringing the spirit of Christmas to those less fortunate by giving generously to an area family in need.
The geoAMPS team donated gifts to make the Christmas season brighter for a mother and her five children, continuing the seasonal tradition of giving at geoAMPS.
The Adopt-A-Family gift drive is an annual community outreach effort by the Columbus-area software company. geoAMPS prides itself for its aggressive and generous community outreach programs, donating to a number of charitable causes, including the American Red Cross, Mid-Ohio Foodbank, Humane Society of Delaware County and Veterans of Foreign Wars Ohio Charities.
“I want thank the members of the geoAMPS for their generosity in helping the Adopt-A-Family program again this year,” Yogesh Khandelwal, President and Chief Executive Officer of geoAMPS, said. “I am proud that the members of our team are spreading joy this season and each deserves a sincere thank you."
The Salvation Army’s Adopt-A-Family Program pairs families with corporate sponsors, church groups and families who “adopt” a family and fulfill their holiday wish list. geoAMPS is proud to continue this tradition and is continually looking for ways to help the communities in which their team members work and live.
